HERE IS A BIT myself, my work & my hobbies. 

 AMATEUR RADIO

I AM A LICENSED RADIO AMATEUR AS OF THE 4th sep 2007. I WAS FIRST LICENSED AS mm3uqn BUT I WAS NEVER VERY ACTIVE WITH THIS CALL SIGN DUE TO WORK. I PASSED THE INTERMEDIATE exam 16/11/2007 & and now have the full call MMØGZZ.

I HAVE ALSO HELD THE "SPECIAL" CALL SIGN MAØGZZ WHICH I USED AS pART OF THE HOMECOMING SCOTLAND EVENT.

radio has been with me since 1974 in the days when it was cb radio and a.m. only for us non licensees, i must admit it was great fun talking to the u.s.a. when these guys were in their trucks.

  I LIKE TO exchange QSL's AND ENJOY PAPER QSL cards.

my OTHER HOBBY

FISHING

another HobBY of mine is fishing. this is a recent photo of me with a 9lb rainbow trout. i am with a fishing club near to my home and we have competitions once a month & this month of march 24/2010 i won the club competition. this is from a trout fishery by the name of markle in east lothian.

 we travel around Scotland and north east England during the season.

i am a gardener for the local authority 

i am in charge of a team of guys & we look after 6 villages

cutting grass etc.
